DEADLINES:

Day 1: Confirmation and invoicing for deposits, balance and cancellation insurance if insurance has been contracted.

Day 10: Registration of deposit payments and forwarding of payment confirmation. Dispatch of INFOKIT and offers for hiring equipment, excursion opportunities in Sisimiut, etc.

(Day 10:) Forwarding of policies if cancellation insurance has been contracted.

09/03/10: Dispatch of travel documents, etc.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment of deposit: Deposit to be paid no later than one week after registration.

Payment of balance: Balance to be paid no later than February 9th 2010.

Cancellation: Up to February 9th 2010, full refunds will be given, less a handling charge of DKK 2000/package.
Between February 9th 2010 and February 29th 2010, 50% of payment will be refunded.
Customers cancelling after February 9th 2010 will not be reimbursed.

Transfers: Due to regulations governing sub-suppliers, the trip is non-transferable.
