13.00 - 17.00 Arrival at Sisimiut Airport.
Registration of race competitors at Sisimiut Airport and issue of luggage labels.
All luggage must be clearly labelled.
Transfer from airport to accommodation.
20.00 - 21.30 Informal welcome and a presentation on Sisimiut and the Arctic Circle Race.
Ski run: Practice ski run will be open.
Race Office: Open from 13.00 - 20.00
Wednesday April 7th 2010
Equipment: There will be time and possibilities to upgrade equipment, test the condition of skis and wax skis in School of Construction.
5.00pm – 7.00pm: Equipment check at the Race Office. Mandatory check/collection of sleeping bags and groundsheets.
Ski runs: The practice ski runs prepared for the Arctic Circle Race routes of 5, 10 and 15 km, will all be open.
Waxing skis: As there is limited space for waxing skis, this should be completed as early as possible.
Excursions: For information about dog sledge rides, guided tours, etc. please contact the Race Office.
Race Office: Open from 08.00am – 8.00pm
Thursday April 8th 2010
15.30: Procession from the Race Office to the church.
Race competitors and officials to walk in a procession to the pretty wooden church in Sisimiut.
16.00: Church service
In Greenland, it is traditional to start major events with a public church service. The service will be read in Greenlandic and traditional Greenlandic psalms will be sung.
After the service: All proceed from the church to the technical college (Bygge - and Anlægsskolen).
Information meeting.
17.00 - 18.00: Information meeting
The information meeting will include details of the routes and safety instructions. Attendance of this meeting is mandatory.
Excursion: For information about dogsled rides, guided tours, etc., please contact the Race Office.

Friday April 9th 2010
07.00 - 08.00: Delivery of luggage outside Race Office for transfer to the camp.
Max. luggage weight is 15 kg/per item. Please remember luggage labels.
09.00 - 09.45: Registration and weighing of race rucksacks at Arena on Spejdersøen.
10.00: Start of Arctic Circle Race 2010.
Luggage: Luggage may be collected from the Info tent on arrival at ACR Camp.
Race Office: Open from 07.00 - 10.00 & 15.00 - 17.00
Saturday April 10th 2010
09.00 - 09.45: Registration and weighing of race rucksacks at the starting line.
10.00: The second stage of the race will begin from Arena at ACR Camp.
17.00: Entertainment at camp.
Race Office: Open from 08.00 - 10.00 & 15.00 - 17.00
Sunday April 11th 2010
07.00 - 07.45: Return of luggage, sleeping bags and groundsheets to the Info tent for sending back to Sisimiut.
08.00 - 08.45: Registration and weighing of race rucksacks at the starting line.
09.00: The third stage of the race will begin from Arena at ACR Camp.
Luggage: Luggage may be collected from the Race Office.
Race Office: Open from 10.00 - 20.00
Monday April 12th 2010
18.00 - 24.00: Gala Party
Arctic Circle Race invites all officials, race competitors and sponsors to join in the celebrations at a gala party, at which local artistes will add a cultural dimension to the event.
Ski runs: If you haven't had enough yet, the practice ski runs will still be open.

08.00 - 14.00: Departure from Sisimiut.
